The computerized multi-needle quilting machine is an industrial-grade sewing equipment featuring computer control and multiple needle sets. It achieves high-efficiency quilting processing through servo drives and intelligent systems, and is suitable for the production of flexible fabrics such as mattresses, garments, and blankets.

Core Working Principle and Technical Features

The computerized multi-needle quilting machine coordinates the synchronized operation of multiple needle sets (typically 3–64 needles) via an industrial control system. Its core operational logic includes the following:

  Intelligent Control Process

After patterns are designed using pattern design software, the motion control card drives the X/Y-axis stepper motors to move the fabric, while the Z-axis frequency converter adjusts the needle depth, enabling the precision sewing of complex patterns.

The thread break detection device triggers automatic shutdown to prevent fabric damage, and the pattern compensation function automatically corrects deformations caused by thickness variations in different fabrics.

  Performance Advantages

  Efficiency Improvement

With a spindle speed of up to 800 revolutions per minute and a production speed of 20–160 meters per hour, it boosts efficiency by more than three times compared to traditional mechanical equipment.

  Enhanced Adaptability

The oil-free aluminum alloy needle bar frame supports head angle adjustment ranging from 0° to 15°. The machine can handle materials as thick as 8 layers of denim fabric or the equivalent of 30 sheets of A4 paper.

  Stability Assurance

The servo drive system reduces the thread break rate to less than 1%, and the infrared sensing device provides real-time monitoring of stitch quality.
